Also to note… Exactly five years following the signing of that ‘memorandum’ in June 2002, two other significant events occurred: (1) the Wye Oak, the largest white oak in the US, located miles from Wye conference center was struck and fallen by lightning and (2) Israel began construction of the West Bank wall.
